Do you know what fouées are? These are small pieces of bread baked in a wood-fired oven. Depending on their origin, they are also called fouaces. In days gone by, they were used to test the temperature of the oven before putting the bread in the oven. This tradition originated on the banks of the Loire. Rectangular in shape, the fouées are filled while still warm, as you wish. La Fouée enchantée is a caterer of home-made fouées, and we will come to your home or to the reception venue of your choice. Whether it’s for a personal event (wedding, birthday, communion) or a professional reception (new product launch, inauguration of new premises, company meal, concert, fair), La Fouée Enchantée will always be able to offer you formulas to suit your budget. All our fillings are made in-house, and we select mainly local and regional products. In particular, we use organic flour and offer all kinds of fillings (pork rillettes, fish rillettes, cheese, caramel, mogettes lardon, tartiflette….). We can also accommodate vegan and vegetarian options if this type of cuisine suits your lifestyle.
