Presentation of the work of the vine, the winemaker, the soil and subsoil depending on the date of your visit.
Theme and subject covered during the tasting: presentation and learning of a tasting method using teaching aids, fun tests to recognise aromas. Presentation of vinification techniques for different types of wine. Presentation of the main principles of food and wine pairing. Presentation of the “French sommelier” and “international” tasting methods. Tasting of 5 wines (including 1 vintage less than 2010).
What you’ll know at the end of the course:
– Mastery of a tasting method,
– Be able to describe and talk about a wine and compare it to others,
– Better define your tastes,
– Choose the right wine for your palate.
Teaching aids :
A booklet will be given to each participant with details of the course content,
