Gourmandises en Loire

Every Thursday, from June 20 to September 12, the winegrowers of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil invite you to discover their wines and local produce during a trip on the Loire River. Participants board a Toue Cabanée, the “Martinienne II”, and taste wine from the Domaine de la Cotelleraie. This traditional boat was used to travel on the Loire until the 19th century. The aim of this cultural activity is to introduce passengers to : The Loire in all its facets, Wines from the Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil appellation, Local produce in a zero-kilometer approach. Sailors add to the experience with their knowledge and local anecdotes about this royal river, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
