Originally from Pas-de-Calais, the Vasseur family has been growing cereals in Saint-Père-en-Retz since 2017.
They have invested in their own production equipment, which can produce up to 400 kg of pasta a week.
It produces not only dry pasta, but also sunflower, rapeseed and hemp oils.
Certified “High Environmental Value”, the pasta is dried at a low temperature and packaged in plant-based plastic, so it retains all its flavour and freshness!
As a result, spaghetti, radiatoris, coquillettes and pasta in the shape of little tractors, flavoured or plain, can be found in around twenty grocery shops in the region, as well as on the plates of some school and municipal canteens…
The workshop, run by Angélique, is now open, with a shop also located at Bois Rouaud in Saint-Père-en-Retz, waiting to welcome you!
