“Seascapes” Cantarana is particularly drawn to the movement, reflection and transparency of water, and to wide open spaces, and has been surveying the coasts and shores of the Loire for many years. The Carroi des arts and the Maison de la Loire are cooperating to showcase his magnificent work, with these two parallel exhibitions comprising a collection of 70 to 80 paintings. Cantarana’s works on the theme “Rivages ligériens” will also be on view from April 12 to June 29 at the Maison de la Loire in Montlouis.
