Discover little-known territories at the ends of the earth! Created by the Tours Museum, this exhibition highlights the French Austral Islands. Largely unknown to the general public, these French possessions in the southern hemisphere harbour many naturalist secrets. It’s a real voyage of discovery, particularly of the fauna (birds and marine mammals) so specific to these overseas territories in the southern Indian Ocean. Models, photos, educational workshops, videos and naturalised animals give visitors a better understanding of these islands at the end of the world.
