Our philosophy is the preservation of the terroirs and the durability of the vines. All our actions tend to optimize the microbial life and to avoid the erosion of the grounds. It is essential to manage the balance of each vine in relation to its environment. We therefore take particular care in pruning and disbudding. We cultivate 15.9 hectares of Sauvignon and 2.8 hectares of Pinot Noir on soils of “Caillottes”, “Terres Blanches” and some flint. It is the blending of these soils that ensures the typicity and the regularity of our wines over the years.
