The Domaine du Moulin Giron was founded in 1890 in Liré, the birthplace of the poet Joachim du Bellay.
Handed down from father to daughter, the 45-hectare estate has now been run by mother and son for 5 generations.
This terroir is home to 11 different grape varieties, with original hints of thyme, laurel and pepper on the nose and fresher notes on the palate.
