It is planted exclusively with Cabernet Franc for the reds and Chenin for the whites. The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, with HVE certification, including the limited use of plant protection products and priority given to working the soil (ploughing, scratching, etc.) or natural grass cover. The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted for the whites and some of the older red parcels. The wines are vinified, matured and stored in troglodytic cellars, which can be visited during a tasting session in the cellar.
