The estate currently covers 35 hectares (3/4 of which are planted with red grape varieties and 1/4 with white grape varieties) and since 1987 has been managed using sustainable viticulture methods in order to produce wines with character while respecting the environment. Natural resources are favoured by grassing the vineyard and planting hedges and flowerbeds. This encourages the establishment of crop auxiliaries (insects, spiders, birds) and limits the presence of harmful insects. When treatment is necessary, the products are diluted with rainwater (this allows us to reduce input doses by 30 to 50%).
