Our gîte is located on the Loire à Vélo, Vélofrancette, Euro Vélo 6, GR3 and many other cycling routes in the Anjou region. Just 50 metres from the village of St Rémy la Varenne, a charming village in the southern Loire with its small tufa stone houses covered in slate. The priory at St Rémy, with its 15th-century fireplace, is well worth a visit. The Loire Valley’s remarkable natural heritage is showcased on the educational trail run by the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Nature Park.
