The cellars of the estate are located in "Chaudoux" commune of Verdigny-en-Sancerre. They have been entirely built over the generations by the Fleuriet family.
Particularity of these Cellars: Vaulted, in freestone and underground to keep a regular temperature all year round.
A spring feeds a fountain which makes the visit more enjoyable.
