These coffees are roasted in a village of 1,700 inhabitants by a family business with a passion for coffee. The brand focuses on coffees grown in agroforestry or jungles, to encourage more sustainable and fair-trade production. Café 1700 stands out for its commitment to roasting beans in a way that reveals the unique aromas of each terroir. The founders, the Caillault family, visited the producers themselves to select the beans before roasting them. With over 10 years’ experience, their aim is to offer a coffee of superior quality, while working closely with local producers, having a positive impact on the entire industry.
