The owner, Jean-Yves Auradon, has been working hard since 1989 to promote the culinary specialities and wide variety of wines from the Loire Valley. His aim is to promote the skills of craftsmen and producers, to develop the sensory experience around their products, and to cultivate an art of living while sharing encounters and simple pleasures.
