Join Sieur and Dame Sausin at the Auberge du Prieuré to help make oublies, the crispy ancestor of the crêpe, a symbol of the sun celebrated on Candlemas and Shrove Tuesday. 13th, 20th, 25th, 27th February & 4th and 6th March 2026.

Through the gestures and aromas, you will discover the origins of this ancient recipe, its symbolism, its secrets... A workshop that ends with a tasting of your creations.
