Angers Nautique Aviron, founded on the banks of the Maine in 1893, has been awarded 3-star status by the French Rowing Federation, to which the club is affiliated.
With nearly 400 members and 1,000 people rowing all year round, the club’s professional and volunteer staff can cater for all types of rowing: beginners, leisure rowers, hikers, students, schoolchildren and competitors of all levels (rowing school and competition section).
The new rowing centre, inaugurated on 08 February 2014, has a bright future ahead of it, with spacious premises suited to the sport.
