Aerial fabric course Discover the pleasure of taking to the air and defying gravity! Aerial fabric is an ideal way to strengthen your body, develop your agility and explore new acrobatic sensations, while respecting your own rhythm and listening to your body. Two days to get up high and turn your head upside down! Each day is divided into two parts: – Morning: Aerial fabric for children – Afternoon: Aerial fabric for adults and teenagers You can choose : – take part in just one day, – or treat yourself to both days for a full day of progress! Dates – Saturday 27th December – Saturday 3rd January The programme Specific warm-up and adapted physical preparation Children’s aerial tissue (morning) : – Fun warm-up with games and tasks to get you moving – Discovery of basic techniques on the ground and in the air – Fun figures and movement games to develop strength and coordination – Building simple sequences, fluidity and exploration – Stretching and flexibility adapted to children Aerial gymnastics for adults and teenagers (afternoon) : – Technical work on the ground and in the air – Static and dynamic figures – Search for fluidity in movement – Building sequences and transitions – Targeted stretching (shoulders, legs, back), according to each person’s level For those who have already taken part: – Revision of tricks and basics from the last course – New static and dynamic figures – Work on transitions and fluidity The content is entirely adapted to your level, with personalised suggestions to help you progress, whether you’re a beginner or already an expert.
