In the style of a silent film, Kréatures tells the story of Aristide de Panchignac’s passion for animals. In a fictitious time when all fauna and flora have disappeared from planet Earth, Aristide clings to his childhood memories of a time when the terrestrial, aquatic and aerial worlds were teeming with life, movement and cries. Using bits and pieces of his memory and a bric-a-brac of objects and materials, he has put together a bestiary, a cabinet of curiosities that he presents to the public in the form of a circus of objects.
