The farm, which employs 4 people, ensures the comfort and health of the animals.
Since 2017, Cédric has been practising conservation farming: direct sowing, plant cover, diversified crops, etc. All these practices promote biodiversity and carbon storage. He is also HVE level 2 certified and produces 50% of his electricity using solar panels.
To promote their profession, his wife Dorothée opened a farm shop in 2017. She sells products from their farmers’ cooperative, as well as hiring out refrigerated trailers and a marquee for receptions.
