Where does home begin and end? The “La dame à la mouche” company will present a model of its next show on this subject, “Pièce à vivre”. Participants in the writing workshop on Tuesday November 11 will be invited to read the texts they have written. A woman thinks she’s going “home”, but her “home” is inhabited by a vagrant. He is the Occupier, she is the Occupied. He’s illegal, she’s within her rights. What about legitimacy? Both are engaged in a struggle for territory, using words to avoid coming to blows. The show raises questions about property, borders, hospitality, the way we inhabit the world and living together.
