Non Solum – Sergi López

Sergi López, a Catalan actor renowned for his film career, is also a man of the theatre. With the help of his friend Jorge Picó, he wrote Non Solum, a surreal, poetic and crazy show in which, inhabited by a host of characters, he multiplies himself to answer one question: what’s going on here? Alone on stage, he takes us into an enchanted universe, taking the form of a joyous delirium, ignoring all restraint. Behind the comedy and unbridled fantasy, Sergi López also takes a pertinent look at our society and our perception of difference and otherness. He gives us a fine lesson in humanity, reminding us that every being is multiple, complex and yet similar to others.
