8.45 am: Forest walk (8 km)

9:45 am: Running (7 km with Run&Fun)
????? Manoir de la Rémonière (entrance by the gate at the bottom of rue des Vergers)
From 10:30 am: Free stroll in the manor park
11:00 am: Gentle gymnastics with Fabienne
? 12:00 pm: Pot de l?amitié in the manor grounds
