Life Art Process is an expressive arts practice based on movement and voice.
The invitation is to listen to your own rhythm and follow your own movement. It is a free movement practice, open to everyone, who can practise at their own pace. You don’t need to be an artist to take part.
The workshops take place in a private room in La Possonnière, in groups of up to 8 participants.
