The “Les Hauts de Sancerre” hotel estate is located less than two hours from Paris, covers 4.5 hectares and will open its doors in spring 2025. This “village within a village” will comprise four buildings, including the Château de Sancerre and the Tour des Fiefs, emblematic of the winegrowing region. Eventually, the estate will offer 27 rooms, a SPA, a restaurant with Chef Arnaud Munster, a vegetable garden, a swimming pool and many other services.
