My name is Sarah, I’m 31 years old and I’ve been living for over ten years in the Mauges, an area I love for its landscapes, its friendliness and the authenticity of its people. It’s here, in Montrevault-sur-Èvre, that I’ve chosen to grow my project: Claudine’s simple garden.
After several years working with children and protecting minors, I felt the need to rediscover meaning, freedom and a more direct link with nature. I’ve always had a passion for aromatic and medicinal plants, so I took the time to learn, experiment and meet other growers to build a project in my own image: respectful, sincere and deeply rooted in the local area.
Today, I grow and hand-pick my plants, which I then transform into simple, natural and tasty products. Each jar and each sachet is the fruit of meticulous work, guided by the desire to help people (re)discover the flavours of plants in a different way.
With Le Simple Jardin de Claudine, I cultivate a world where plants become delicacies. Between herbal salts and sugars and other creations inspired by nature, I share a little poetry, a lot of passion, and the desire to savour life in its natural state.
