On the menu:
Starter: Softly smoked and breaded “Géréonois” cheese on a bed of Nantes lamb’s lettuce, confit gizzard, sweet Malvoisie and white balsamic vinaigrette
Main course: Smoked chicken supreme from Ancenis contised in truffled Brie with its hearty hay juice and mashed potatoes
Dessert: Buckwheat honey Fontainebleau, mead caramelised apples, thyme and pollen ice cream
