The Machecoul Circus Museum is a private museum open from Easter to the end of September.
We will introduce you to the world of the circus, in particular through models made by us in various scales. Also on display: Posters, Sets, Costumes, Programmes, Postcards, Various equipment, etc. …. A whole universe patiently collected over the years by Thierry Baleige and Fabien Garnier, 2 circus enthusiasts.
Visits must be booked in advance by calling 02.40.02.31.71 (leave a message with your contact details for a call-back). You can also call in the morning for an afternoon visit.
Open from 10.30am to 12pm (new in 2025) and from 2pm to 5pm from Monday to Saturday.
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Children are the responsibility of their parents.
Admission is free.
A small money box is available for visitors at the exit.
A shop is also open, with many items available for collectors and others.
