LE JARDIN DE M. DAVY

With permaculture in mind, Olivier has created a 1,000m2 garden around his wooden house, in the shape of a yurt. Nature has its rightful place in his home, so much so that spontaneous grasses are used as green manure and the paths are grassed and mulched. He likes to regularly reinvent his garden, where he tries out new things like calabash seeds brought back from Africa and grows evergreen vegetables. Olivier has recently started producing young vegetable and herb plants. Come and discover his personal and professional production. Direct sales take place every Friday evening from the garden in the Ribotte area of Saint-Florent-le-Vieil. In summer, sales take place just opposite the Eco Loire campsite, on the ile batailleuse.
