At the Biscotte Pasquier site in Brissac, 9 million rusks are produced every day.
Guided by one of our employees through our factory, you will follow the production of the rusks, from receipt of the raw materials to packaging and dispatch.
Visits must be booked in advance at visite.bpbr@pasquier.fr (minimum group size: 15 people, maximum group size: 20 people, children under 14 not permitted, access for people with reduced mobility unfortunately not possible).

Tuesday: 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Wednesday: 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm.
Thursday and Friday: 9.30am to 1.30pm and 3pm to 6.30pm.
Saturday: 9.00am to 1.30pm (open outside school holidays).
