At Sushi Z’n, every ingredient is prepared the same day:
● The fish is bought whole in the morning and cut according to the rules of the art.
● The vinegared rice is home-cooked, in keeping with Japanese traditions.
● Orders are prepared at the minute, right before the customers’ eyes.
