This is an opportunity for La Poste to issue a new stamp with a commemorative cancel on the theme of the year: "Street Art".
The Club Philatélique du Pays d'Ancenis will be issuing a souvenir CP with Smoka's work, the Heron (fresco on the gable of the Technical Services and Urban Planning Department), representative of our environment.
In addition, a dozen collections from the department and the Club Philatélique will be competing in the departmental philately championship.
Admission is free.
