Domaine de la Créchette is an adventure that begins in 2019 with the meeting of a man and his vines… Charles BOULY, an oenologist by training, had the ambition from the moment he left school to have his own wine estate to make wine in accordance with his vision: to make wine with nature, not by forcing it but by understanding it. The vines are therefore cultivated organically, the grapes are harvested by hand and the wine is made using no natural inputs (only a small amount of sulphur is added at bottling to ensure that the process is safe). 5 natural wines are available: – 1 white wine made with Chenin. – 3 red wines made with Pineau d’Aunis, Pineau d’Aunis and Cabernet Franc, Cabernet franc. – 1 rosé made with Pineau d’Aunis, Chenin Blanc.
