Concert à la Ménitré

An exceptional concert featuring brass instruments, an ancient choir and a majestic organ. The church of La Ménitré will be the setting for a unique musical event: the meeting of the trombone ensemble Les Mousquetaires de l’Anjou, the female choir of Notre Dame des Eaux and the great organ of La Ménitré. Organised by the Association des Amis de l’orgue, this concert promises to be one of the highlights of the autumn. Les Mousquetaires de l’Anjou, trombonists in period costume, will be opening their Sainte Cécile 2025 tour in La Ménitré. Their sound universe will evoke the adventures of d’Artagnan with panache. Alongside them, the Chœur de Notre Dame des Eaux will bring out the women’s voices in a programme underpinned by the powerful tones of the church organ.
