An artisan ice-cream maker, Ivan Ghizonni is passionate about producing gelati, ice creams of Italian origin, using local ingredients produced in the Maugeois bocage. He transforms them himself in his laboratory using carefully developed recipes and refrains from using colourings and preservatives to preserve the original colours and tastes of his ice creams. His aim is to help you discover or rediscover the flavours of the gelati he ate as a child in Italy, and to impress you with his unique ice creams.
