The brainchild of chef Marlon Medina, already at the helm of Masama just opposite, this modern brasserie revisits the spirit of conviviality through dishes to share and flavours from elsewhere.
In a completely redesigned setting, Maison Zue welcomes up to 60 guests in a warm, contemporary atmosphere. What’s on the menu? Plates to share, the unmissable Masama burgers and Buddha bowls, as well as a daily menu during the week, in keeping with the brasserie spirit. Meat lovers will be won over by the maturing cellar, which promises exceptional, perfectly matured cuts.
The strength of Maison Zue also lies in its international brigade: three chefs with impressive backgrounds – Thibault Billiaux, who trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse and spent time in Japan, accompanied by the talented Colombians Andres Rodriguez and Andres Chirivi, with their wealth of experience in the United States. The result is a lively fusion of cuisines, with culinary influences from all over the world enriching the menu as the seasons change.
Open every day, Maison Zue is the ideal place to enjoy lunch with friends, dinner with the family or a drink with friends.
