Aux instants musicaux du Chapiteau

An evening of jazz, blues and swing. With the BIG BAND from the Mélodie music school, followed by the Kévin DOUBLE Quartet. Kevin Doublé developed a passion for the blues at the age of 15, and discovered his masters in Sonny Terry and Muddy Waters, as well as Joe Williams and Nat King Cole. Since then, he has had a series of musical adventures, playing with Julien Brunetaud, Arnaud Fradin, Eric C and in a group with Josh Miller and the Swing Society. He has been awarded the Hot Club de France prize. The Quartet’s original repertoire blends Blues and Jazz to great effect, with a contagious energy: Anthony Muccio on bewitching double bass, Gabor Turi’s implacable swing on drums, Pierre Le Bot’s virtuoso piano playing and Kévin Doublé’s deep, suave voice.
