Abwarten – Compagnie Appel d’Air

Here, a group waits. In the distance, we can make out a song. Nearby, we hear a breath, a cry, a laugh. All around, the course of the world is suspended. Where are we? Is it a station platform, the front of a hospital, the entrance to a house? madness, perhaps? The beings present put the frenzy of the world on pause. Alert and powerful, they put time on vacation to better savor its passage and feel, beyond the violence of its inexorable movement, its secret sweetness. A singular proposition, this dance piece features performers aged 34 to 64, of different physicalities and from different arts.
