Truckloads of fouées (bread rolls baked in a wood-fired oven and topped with rillettes d’Anjou or goat’s cheese or jam) and fougasses. At Fouées’ we give priority to local produce. The flour comes from wheat grown in the Pays de Loire region, and is made by a miller based in Maine-et-Loire… These products are homemade, using local supplies as much as possible. You can find us at the following markets: – Monday evening: Bouchemaine bridge roundabout, 5pm to 7.30pm. – Tuesday evening: Guyonnière campsite in La Pommeraye from 6pm. Open to all. July and August. – Wednesday morning: Rochefort-sur-Loire market (in front of the town hall). – Thursday morning: Montjean-sur-Loire market (Cap Loire car park). – Thursday evening: Bouchemaine bridge roundabout, 5pm to 7.30pm. – Saturday morning: Place Lafayette market in Angers. – Sunday morning: Savennières market.
