Experience a ?no-olfactive tasting hosted by Raphaël Guillou, founder of the eco-responsible vinothèque VUE sur Vignes in Sancerre, and Clara Muller, an art historian specializing in olfaction.
In the Tour des Fiefs, they will invite you to explore the similarities between the history of wine and perfume, to penetrate the secrets of your nose and to explore the multi-faceted palette of the perfumer at the same time as the aromatic range of Centre-Loire wines through five cuvées, each associated with a raw material and a perfume.
